We manage our asset acquisitions utilizing a unique approach that allows for both parties safety in cross-border transactions. This philosophy eliminates the need for costly and risky escrow agents to manage these high-value transactions between veritas and the seller.
Our asset acquisitions range from $125M with a ceiling of around $3.5B on prime commercial real estate acquisitions.

Our strategy essentially removes any risk for the sellers by eliminating third-party (escrow) involvement and the opportunity for a lack of performance from either side. Our purchase protocol enables us to manage the transaction in a way in which both parties are in control.

Thomas Mitchell is a seasoned real estate strategist and financial innovator, serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Veritas Structura Holdings. With more than two decades of expertise in global acquisitions and capital structuring, Thomas is instrumental in developing and executing the firm’s core vision: to revolutionize how high-value real estate and infrastructure assets are acquired and financed worldwide.
A driving force behind the company’s operational and acquisition strategy, Thomas co-founded Veritas Structura after years of successfully negotiating large-scale transactions and pioneering a methodology that merges structured finance with asset-based acquisition models.
Thomas began his career in commercial real estate investment and private capital consulting, advising high-net-worth individuals and institutional buyers on property acquisitions across the U.S., Middle East, and Asia. His experience spans:
- Strategic negotiation and execution of multi-million-dollar real estate transactions
- Structuring acquisition deals backed by BG/SBLC instruments and non-cash financing
- Building trusted relationships with global developers, legal advisors, and family offices
In 2020, Thomas became a founding executive of GTX Gruppo, the platform that evolved into Veritas Structura Holdings, built on the principles of secure, transparent, and seller-friendly transactions.
As COO, Thomas oversees all global acquisition activities, operational systems, and transactional frameworks. His responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying off-market assets with strong ROI potential
- Structuring cross-border acquisitions with minimal risk and maximum protection
- Liaising with legal, banking, and government counterparts to ensure compliance
- Leading internal operational strategy, from due diligence to execution
Thomas’s leadership is marked by his ability to deliver clarity and structure in complex deal environments. He believes that real estate should be acquired with precision, protected by design, and governed by integrity. As Veritas Structura expands globally, Thomas is focused on scaling the company’s platform into new markets—turning complex financial tools into practical, real-world acquisition strategies.
